Decided to try Westrow for the first time after some dissapointing experiences in the past, all the girls were really friendly and chatted to me the whole service, Sarah listened to my concerns and what i wanted and tailored the service to fit my wishes and budget, excellent care was taken considering my hair is fragile from previous bleach and i feel extremely happy with the end result. Will 100% be my hairdressers going forward!

I rang Thursday evening to see if they had an appointment from a cut & blow between now & mid Jan. To which they had a cancellation in Friday at 11 so I took it. I met Lily and she was welcoming and friendly. I was treated to a head massage, which was amazing. Lily informed me on best shampoo for my greying hair and hard water. My cut was just what I needed and she left the length at a length I could still put it up(most cut it too short). I have to say the whole experience was lovely in fact I told my hubby I felt like I was so important there. I went in feeling like hagrid and came out looking ready for a special occasion. All with a cut and blow dry. I will definitely make another appointment in the new year as Lily was like a breath of fresh air.

Sarah is very personable and takes time to listen to your requirements. I was having a cut and finish and she did exactly what I wanted. The atmosphere is very welcoming with staff going out of their way to help. I was very pleased with the outcome.

Hayley is the best, she knows which colour and cut I want better than me!

I travel an hour to have my hair done by Sarah and she always make my hair look amazing! She’s creative and original and always knows what to do with my hair! Everyone at the salon is always so welcoming and I love going to visit them!

Absolutely loved my experience! Sarah was amazing I laughed from the moment I was in the chair till I left!! Sarah did an amazing job of my hair which has been neglected for a loooong time! She listened to everything I wanted and I gave her free rein to do what she wanted in relation to toner. She has tamed my Hermione granger thick frizzy hot mess hair and gave me a whole new look!! I love love love my hair!!!

Lily provided an amazing service, she made me feel comfortable and paid attention to detail. We discussed what I wanted and she delivered! She’s so sweet and so easy to talk to, will definitely be booking myself here again

Sarah is simply the most amazing hairdresser there is. She is creative, honest and willing to try new things, but with experience and honesty. I absolutely adore my glitter hair extensions! Thankyou so much!

I’m really sorry I forgot her name😩 she had a side fringe and was super lovely, reinstated my trust in hairdressers and has made me feel so confident and feminine! Lovely chat and such friendly customer service too! She deserves a raise, I’ll definitely be back and I’ll let her know Toby Carvery’s mac n cheese recipe😂
