I have had many different types of massage, sports, Swedish, reflexology, Thai so I was excited about experiencing Lomi Lomi today. It is a very gentle massage, relaxes the muscles but mainly it is soothing massage that helps you unwind. Maggie my therapist was extremely professional and talked through how the massage would be which is always nice especially when you're getting quite naked. Highly recomend his to anyone looking to relax and get sleepy.
