While the staff were friendly. the service was good ,the actual colouring went wrong ,the colour uneven ,and also the stylist got a strand of my hair coverd in dye in my face across my eye.
The stylist gave me two optrex eye baths and fortunately .it did not enter my eye but wet ones were given to remove the dye from my face.
I got no discount for what happened
She did offer to cut my hair at an extra cost .
An accident form was filled in.
My next visit will be with another stylist shannon.
I dont feel confident so may cancel
