I have been a client of Toni & Guy (Sheffield then Guildford) for 4 decades. Last year I had my hair cut at the Chichester branch for the first time. Dawn was great but the receptionist was rude, abrasive, dismissive and made me feel very uncomfortable. I didn't leave a review at the time but having read the previous review left by another customer, I felt compelled to agree with her statement. I will not be returning to this salon until the receptionist is either replaced or she receives training in customer service.
