Well where do I start firstly mikey was lovely I can say that but my hair cut is just awful left side shorter than the right peices of hair not cut at the back just not the kind of service for what Toni &guys put out, I cried when I got home took pictures because of how my was finished off this was a gift off my children because it was the first anniversary of my husbands passing .I'd av payed what ever it cost being Toni and guys you would think it would be amazing sorry I'm being truthful .yes clean lovely hairdressers but the cut awful I would like my money back but I no you won't do that
