The worst Keratin treatment ever!!!! After staying there for more than two hours and paying £175 my hair was not done properly!!
My hair originally is not damaged and silky from the roots and needed the keratin for the bottom. Waited three days before washing my hair after the treatment as they requested and once I washed my hair with their shampoo the result is horrible!! My hair from the bottom is still frizzy and not silky at all!!!!!!!
I now have to go again to them!! Which will cost me financially to get there and they will have to do it all again!! She was meant to leave in my hair for certain time but exceeded this to cut and blow dry someone’s elses hair.
