Second time visit. First time was ok. Second rather a disaster. Came out looking worse than when I went in. They were very busy and I felt that affected the experience. Handed over to the manager when I said I was underwhelmed. She cut some more but rather badly so hair looks dreadful now washed. Perhaps I hoped for too much.

Both Abi and myself did all we could to create the style you were looking for, but please be aware that when looking at a picture you must take into account amongst other things the difference in texture, face shape, hair colour, hair condition and hair growth pattern etc. Although it's extremely useful for you to present a picture of the look you're hoping to achieve you should never expect a style created for you to look exactly the same as a picture.
