Jack coloured my hair perfectly and was great in making sure I was comfortable and that I was happy with the treatment. Leah then made the experience even better by washing my hair, adding treatments in by my request, and making sure I was informed throughout. She made it like a spa treatment and it was relaxing and therapeutic. Best experience so far. She then blow dryed my hair and my hair looked amazing. I could not praise her enough.
