Apologies in advance that I can’t remember any names! I was greeted at reception straight away by a lovely lady who asked if I had been there before (which I hadn’t) and took my details and asked what sort of cut I was looking for - I had gone in by chance to see if there were any appointments available and was very lucky to get one that day and didn’t have to wait long either, and was given a coffee and my coat taken in the meantime. I was made to feel very welcome which was lovely as it can sometimes feel a bit awkward when you haven’t been somewhere before. Got a great head massage from the girl doing the washes and my stylist was really friendly and took the time to go through exactly what I wanted. I’m not a great conversationalist with people I don’t know, which I think she had picked up on (thank you- I appreciate not being forced into conversation), but took the time to make made some great recommendations for my type of hair and about the times they were open and booking online in future if that was easier for me. Overall, a brilliant experience and would highly recommend to anyone.
