Awful. Rude, haircut was £60 and was utter rubbish. Didn't listen to me, was distracted all the way through haircut and when I ask to have some waves thinking it would make the cut looks better (it wouldn't have anyway), told me that she couldn't because she had another appointment. For the price asked, outrageous. How that hairdresser is part of the artistic team I had no idea. Had to have it rescued by another hairdresser. The other hairdresser was shocked by the state of my hair. And believe me, im easy to please and friendly but worse experience ever. Will never come back or recommend.
