Lea honestly is amazing at what she does! So attentive and professional and overall just great! Been to Lea twice now and both times she’s done exactly what I’ve wanted.

I had a great experience with Abby, she was very professional and took my feedback and made sure I left happy. She is a star!!!!!

The service Abbie gave me was amazing

I attended for a hair appointment which I had to wait weeks for as I wanted it with the main stylist. However when I got there they said that I had never booked it with her which I had and then they tried to prove it with the emails sent which they could not. They did apologise and offered me a free treatment which I accepted, however when it came to doing the treatment they said they no longer had time to do it and I would have to rebook. Wasn’t the best first experience or impression from the service.

Such a lovely experience at the salon, the atmosphere was so welcoming and the whole team made me feel really comfortable. Lea was amazing she has such a natural touch and really understands how to bring out the best in your hair. My bouncy blow-dry was absolutely gorgeous, with so much volume and movement. Leanne took her time, asked what I wanted and cut my bangs in stages so I was comfortable with the length and heaviness of it.

Kim thank you for cutting my son’s hair, you were super friendly, gentle and attended to our needs, even took the laptop out so he could watch his programme till his haircut was done. You are an absolute natural with kids, not sure if you are a mama, but you’d make a wonderful mum, natural with kids. Highly recommend Kim for baby cuts x

Even though I’ve never been to the salon before I’m so glad I did. Andy really took his time to go through what I wanted doing to my hair and explained what would work for me- even shared product too!. And he actually properly blow-dried my hair (no hair straighteners). 100% worth the 3 hour round trip . Highly recommend!

i came in today for a balayage just before holiday and had the best experience ever in Kim duong. i was talked through the whole process and felt so comfortable to speak to Kim about everything literally. i was asked if i wanted a snack, food and drinks during the whole appointment. i showed the inspo picture at the consultation and she delivered and devoured. my hair feels and looks amazing. i feel so confident and thats all down to kim and the amazing customer experience ive had in store today. if there is anywhere you need to checkout its the one and only Kim Duong! worth every single penny and id do this whole experience all over again if i could! not my first time here and will definitely never be my last! thankyou Kim & team!! <3

I’ve been coming to Kim Duong Hair for a while now and honestly every time I’ve been I’ve always had such a good experience. I’m literally the worst person for knowing what I actually want done to my hair 😂 but I’ve always been able to trust the stylists to recommend what would suit me, whether that’s the toner, haircut, blow dry etc and I’ve always left really happy with my hair.

The last time I came in I did have a different/new stylist and unfortunately I wasn’t too keen on how my hair turned out. I reached out to Kim afterwards and explained how I felt and honestly before I even had to say anything further, she immediately offered to put it right for me, booked me back in at no extra cost and did my hair herself.

I went back today and I’m genuinely in LOVE with the results 😭 exactly how I wanted it and I left so happy with my hair.

I also really wanted to leave this review because I think with any business, things can occasionally not go exactly how you expected, but for me it’s more about how a business handles it afterwards. Something as small as one experience could have easily made me not want to return, but the way Kim handled it has actually made me want to continue coming back.

She didn’t make me feel awkward for saying I wasn’t happy, didn’t try to dismiss it or make excuses, she just wanted to make sure I left happy with my hair. You can genuinely tell she takes pride in her salon and her customer service and that really does make such a difference.

I'm a regular at kima. Hit today I had my 4 month old baby with me as I had no other option. From when I walked in till I left. The staff were so lovely accomodating and constantly asking if I need anything and if everything was ok. My stylist was Abby. She was amazing. She did my root touch up but with having my baby she constantly kept asking if everything was ok with me and baby and if we were comfortable. I felt really at ease and calm while having my treatment even though my baby was with me. A baby friendly salon alongside very professional. As always I will be coming back and recommending it to all.

I always have such a positive experience with Kim. The girls in the salon are super friendly and we chatted away whilst having my hair wash prior to Kim cutting my hair. Kim always manages to pull off my hair vision! Highly recommend, they use the best products and feels like a super luxury treatment!

I had a great experience getting my hair done by Gulam. He worked really hard and paid great attention to detail. He kept me informed throughout the appointment, asking for my input and explaining what he was doing every step of the way. I really appreciated his effort, professionalism and the mindset he has as a stylist. With that attitude and work ethic, I truly believe he will go very far in life. I’m very happy with the result!

I had my hair done by an assistant and twice after my hair was not coloured properly- however Kim personally herself recoloured and fixed the problem for me- the service is impeccable and the salon is clean and luxe - the staff are very polite and friendly.

I was quite nervous before my appointment as I had never had grey blending done before and didn't really know what to expect. From the moment I arrived, Kim put me completely at ease. She was fantastic from start to finish.

During the consultation, Kim took the time to explain everything in detail, talking me through the process, setting realistic expectations, and explaining how the results would develop over time. I really appreciated her honesty and expertise, especially when explaining how low maintenance the treatment would be in the future.

Throughout the appointment, I felt comfortable, welcomed, and looked after. The salon has a lovely atmosphere, and all of the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful.

Most importantly, I am absolutely delighted with the final result. The grey blending looks natural, professional, and far better than I imagined. I left feeling much more confident and extremely happy with my hair.

A huge thank you to Kim and the whole team. I will definitely be returning for future top-ups and treatments and would happily recommend them to anyone considering grey blending.
