I booked for a balayage, root stretch and a c&bd.
The salon is gorgeous, the staff are really friendly, cant fault any of that, in fact, Alex was lovely, however what he did to my hair was not.
Naturally i have dark brown hair but I wanted the bottom lightened to a blonde/caramel colour. i loved the dark brown he used however the bottom was ginger, but i thought some purple cond should do the trick. after a day or 2 I noticed there was a chunk of fringe that hadnt been cut in, and the rhs felt thinner, but i let it slide and put it down to me being too fussy.
roll on 2 months, i booked with another hairdresser for the same thing. the lady doing my hair was gobsmacked at the state of my hair and took photos to show me. the cut was totally uneven at the bottom, all different lengths. the colour was slopped on and all different colours of ginger not blonde! it was awful. she was shocked that he let me leave the salon like that. a gd style hides a bad cut
