To ensure clarity, we’d like to outline what happened during your visits. After you contacted us the day following your initial appointment, we welcomed you back in straight away and provided a full replacement set at no charge. During this visit, we also changed the colour at your request, again free of charge, even though this falls outside our usual policy.

Before you left the second appointment, we took clear photographs showing the nails were intact and secure, and you confirmed you were happy with the finished result.

When you later reached out to say that the full set had come off, our manager Emma explained that - based on the condition of the nails shown in our photos - it would be highly unusual for an entire set to detach within such a short timeframe without some external influence. For that reason, we were unable to offer a refund on this occasion.

We are truly sorry to hear that you have since experienced any discomfort. We take concerns like this very seriously and would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly so we can review this further and offer support where appropriate.

Our intention is always to ensure our clients leave happy, and we’re disappointed that this was not your experience on this occasion.
