The worst hairdresser experience ever! I have traveled extensively and have had my hair done all over the world. I needed a quick hair trim and blow dry for my holiday but I wish I had it done at my holiday destination. The hairdresser was with an attitude who didn’t seem to want to be there, she was pulling my hair when washing them and all her enthusiasm and fake smile was only when she tried selling something (hair treatment which she said is £13 but then at the checkout it was £15). Not only that but when I was done with my hair, I went to the checkout to pay for that treatment I was sold. I already paid for the haircut and blow dry via Treatwell and told her so, but she just aggressively kept saying that her price is xyz! She would not listen at all until her senior came to assist! You should not be advertising anything on Treatwell or anywhere if your staff are not trained to process these at the checkout! My time was wasted waiting for you to sort out how to operate your till! If I knew I would never come!!! Overall very unpleasant experience - not just a hairdresser but a human experience! Will never ever come back and will RECOMMEND DON’T GO THERE!!!
