My daughter who is away at Uni had dyed her hair herself and it went terribly wrong - turning orange and patchy. I called the Velvet Rooms in a panic and they advised me to call for an appointment for the next day where they would be able to fit her in. Mollie was amazing - she gave great advice and highlighted and cut my daughters hair with great results! She was so grateful and impressed! It looks fantastic!
