Girl who shampooed my hair was very pleasant. Offered me tea and then forgot. I asked again and said I did not want sugar, brought me tea with sugar.
Jamie talked a lot while cutting my hair which was lovely except he stopped cutting every time he spoke. He used wax on my hair without asking if I wanted it, so I have to wash my hair again tonight. Charged £64. Disappointed as I usually have an amazing experience at Toni and Guy branches and am happy to pay the extra for the experience. But not this time!!!!!
