I went in and received the worst possible customer service from *****- I found she was rude and dismissive towards me, however not like this to regular clients. On the day of my haircut, the hairstyle was exactly what I thought I had asked for, however once I had washed my hair, there is no style and looks uneven. I will not be returning purely because of the customer service and the way I was made to feel. If I was to return I would ask for a different stylist, however I will not be returning again so this won’t be the case.
