I have been a customer of the salon for a few years. I recently went for a cut and blow dry and it was on a late night opening. My appt was 7.15 - 8. My hair was done and I was walking back to my car at 7.35! They couldn't wait to get rid of me. You shouldn't stay open late, or offer late appointments if you're staff aren't willing to be there, and are in a rush to go home! Such a let down and i must say the hair cut isn't great. I've made another appt at another salon today for them to tidy it up and give me a proper hair cut....not a 15min rushed job. This appt was a very big let down.
