My first trip to the spa part of Glitterati and it won't be the last! Best massage I've had in years (Sarah I can highly recommend her). Apart from her skill, she actually really cared about my experience.... my biggest irratation when I go for a treatment is that they short you on your timings and whilst you pay for an hour you end up with 45 mins tops. Not today and I really noticed it..... the whole experience was wonderful and the spa is really quiet which surprised me being on the high street. Designed beautifully also.... I will definitely be going back. My only criticism is very easily rectified - I thought the heating could have been turned up a bit... you like to be toasty In this environment but there was a bit of a chill BUT it was absolutely freezing outside today (and she turned on a heated blanket)! Other than that an absolute top rate experience :).... highly recommended
