we had a really awful experience this afternoon at charlie brown reigate. my daughter asked for maximum a couple of inches off but the hairdresser ended up taking around 3-4 inches. my daughter was so distraught and instead of comforting her or apologising she then refused to cut my other daughters hair exclaiming very loudly "i'm not doing it again, you can do her" (talking about my other daughter. Poor tabitha had to then explain that she would have to go to her car to get her hair scissors etx. all the while sienna was inconsolable . We went for a walk and when we came back to pay she refused to even look me in the eye or even say goodbye. I've never encountered rudeness like it . sadly it has completely put me off ever visiting the salon again
