I'm so happy I went to Inches. I finally feel understood and not a guinea pig for all the new treatments there are out there! Kate is helping me have the best skin I have despite being almost 60 and still have breakouts. I wish I'd found her years ago x

Charlotte is so lovely! I had an eye brow tint and wax and I’m so pleased she did a fab job! I booked an inches facial and Charlotte told me it inc a back massage so I started with that and it was amazing! So relaxing! My facial was excellent! I felt so relaxed and looked after! I've been going to Inches for over 10 years and have always had a great experience from the receptionist to my fab therapist. Always feels like a mini holiday.

Had another wonderful facial, Charlotte worked her magic and made me feel relaxed after a challenging day at work.

I had a fantastic massage with Ellie-May today! It was my first time at the salon, and she was so welcoming and friendly. Her technique in working out the knots and tension in my back was brilliant — I left feeling much looser and completely relaxed. She also gave me some great advice on how to ease the tension between massages. I’ll definitely be back!

So I have been going to see beauty therapists for over 25 years and Inches for probably 5 of those years.
Quite honestly they really are the best.
I visit every 3 weeks for lovely gel nails and alternate with a + facial or pedicure. I see Charlotte for everything now and she does a wonderful job while we also have a laugh together over some of the silly things in life we both enjoy. I'm so relaxed when I leave I virtually float home.

I’m always really pleased with my eyebrows after seeing Claire. Claire is lovely. She has managed to re-shape my eyebrows, making them fuller after my intense plucking through the 80s! I’m always very pleased with the colour too!

Having a pedicure can sometimes be uncomfortable for me as I have arthritis in my knees, but lovely Claire went the extra mile to make me comfortable, and I left feeling like I was walking on air.

My treatment was absolutely amazing from start to finish, as I have just returned from maternity leave it was such a treat to have a relaxing hour to myself and my therapist made me feel extra special. She was very knowledgeable and gave me some skin tips as well to help improve a few problem areas.

It was my first time having derma planning and I wasn't totally sure what to expect but Kate put me straight at ease and explained it all really well. Kate was really lovely and friendly and we had a great chat during the treatment. Afterwards she gave me some face cream samples which are all really lovely and I'll be going back soon to purchase some. Post treatment my face felt amazing and I will definitely be going back in for it again.

Fabulous deep full body massage. The massage felt totally professional! I was comfortable at all times, my body felt better for it and I would recommend it. Charlotte was a really pleasant courteous young lady who has clearly learned her skills well.

I’ve been visiting Inches for over 30 years, and the service has always been exceptional. The staff are professional, vibrant, and welcoming, some of them having been here as long as I have—a true testament to the care and consistency of this great place. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

Charlotte is such a lovely beauty practitioner. Very gentle but gives an confident massage. Today I had gel nails replacement and a relaxing facial.
When we chat we laugh about the same things. She has brilliant social skills and always remembers how I like my tea. She's a little gem.
