It was my first time having derma planning and I wasn't totally sure what to expect but Kate put me straight at ease and explained it all really well. Kate was really lovely and friendly and we had a great chat during the treatment. Afterwards she gave me some face cream samples which are all really lovely and I'll be going back soon to purchase some. Post treatment my face felt amazing and I will definitely be going back in for it again.

Absolutely loved this facial. Jodie was so professional in her ability to relax me and make me feel comfortable. Her hand movements were positive and soothing. She gave good advice on aftercare. The products used felt luxurious. Highly recommended this salon.

Fabulous deep full body massage. The massage felt totally professional! I was comfortable at all times, my body felt better for it and I would recommend it. Charlotte was a really pleasant courteous young lady who has clearly learned her skills well.

I’ve been visiting Inches for over 30 years, and the service has always been exceptional. The staff are professional, vibrant, and welcoming, some of them having been here as long as I have—a true testament to the care and consistency of this great place. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

Lillie took time over my nails making them look so much better than when i arrived! I have already booked my next appointment.

Charlotte is such a lovely beauty practitioner. Very gentle but gives an confident massage. Today I had gel nails replacement and a relaxing facial.
When we chat we laugh about the same things. She has brilliant social skills and always remembers how I like my tea. She's a little gem.

I had a very sore back causing me chronic headaches and needed a nourishing massage, Inches fitted me in at very late notice and Lillie gave me the best massage. And Mikey was as welcoming and friendly as ever! Thank you

Ellie-May is excellent and fully explained the laser procedure, checking frequently for any discomfort of which there was none. I would highly recommend this salon.

Lovely facial in a calm luxurious salon

So today Charlotte did my gel nails a particularly gorgeous bright turquoise blue. She always remembers how I like my cup of tea and we always have a chat and a laugh. After nails I had a top of the range facial so that was quiet calm time and I was so relaxed. Inches use extremely good beauty products and I always feel very pampered indeed xL
