I was disappointed with my blow dry. I booked In for a £40 blow dry when I got asked if I wanted the curls tonged or blow dry I said whichever lasts longer. When I paid I was told it was £55 and when I asked why it was more I was told it was an extra £15 for the tongs. I think this should have been advised to me at the point I was asked which option I wanted. It was unclear and I felt like the pricing was not transparent. I was also disappointed as although all the ladies are lovely the curls didn’t last at all and it felt like a waste of money.

Have had my hair cut here regularly for years but it’s now priced me out.
