very happy with Jack's professionalism. Phoebe who washed my hair is a very kind person who tries very hard, but lacks finesse. water went into my ear (this is not the first time) and in the main she is not gentle enough with washing abd massaging and does not take her time. Someone should guide her through the steps and give her tips how she can be more gentle and less rough. this is not a complaint merely an observation how this girl needs guidance.
