stylist was lovely but sadly did not get to my full roots around my face which is the one area I want done! I can see in some places where the foils were.. I'm not happy tbh but don't have the time to go back for a touch up! Discount should be issued on next visit though!?

I usually have a different stylist who is fantastic but sadly was sick on the day.

The lady that washed my hair is very sweet but sadly has no idea how to wash hair! I have very thin brittle hair which needs care when washing / combing! She was aggressive and the result, my hair was in the brush and probably in the basin!! I actually felt traumatised after, which should have been a relaxed 2.5 hours from my busy life!

I hate complaining but annoyed as usually I last 9 weeks before my next colour and now will have to go back after 6 weeks!!
