I've visited this salon twice and recently called to book a third appointment.
Zara is truly exceptional — I have curly hair, and finding someone with her talent and expertise is incredibly rare. Her cuts are the best I’ve had, and I genuinely can’t recommend her enough.
That said, the overall salon experience has left me disappointed, and unfortunately, this comes down to the attitude and behavior of the manager.

At my first visit, I was interested in learning more about the hair products after my appointment. When I approached the desk, Cathy, the manager, responded with visible frustration — sighing and making me feel as though I was an inconvenience. This was disheartening, especially after spending over £200 and considering spending more on products.
At my second visit, the same manager became impatient when she couldn’t find me in the system to allocate loyalty points. Again, her sighs and tuts made the interaction feel unnecessarily tense and uncomfortable.
Despite these experiences, I returned because Zara’s work is simply brilliant. However, when I called to book again, Cathy answered the phone and was short and dismissive, informing me there were no appointments available with no effort to assist further.
As much as I’d love to continue seeing Zara, I’ll now be going to the London salon. I truly hope this feedback encourages a more welcoming and professional front-of-house experience — one that matches the high standard of the hairdressing talent you have in the salon.
