I expected Jessie to work on my hair again after she canceled my appointment, but because she was busy, another stylist worked on my hair and I am not at all satisfied with her work, neither with the colour that I wanted, nor the way she brushed my hair, which was completely painful.
Although I am satisfied with Jesse's work but I prefer to find another salon for my hair next time.
