Jess did and always does treat me like a queen.
She takes the greatest care to cut and style my hair. Very patient because I have very thick hair and she considers every little hair before she cuts it. I’m lucky to have her as my stylist

I find all the staff at kands hairdressers to be very polite,caring & very experienced,I enjoy coming to kands & seeing my hairdresser who understands exactly how I like to have my haircut,I would want to go anywhere else

I went in for a cut and colour, I had gone in previous to my appointment and discussed what I wanted to do in regard to my colour. I asked for a sort of balayage style. Once it was finished it didn’t look like that at all. It looked like my roots had been coloured and that was it. I had dark patches all over my hair, it looked like I’ve been given cheetah spots. I went to another salon to get it fixed and they were shocked at the colour. And then they had a look at the cut and said the front hadn’t been shaped properly and a section was missed so it looked like I had a step. They had to fix that as well. They suggested I should contact the salon to get a refund as it was so bad. Since then I have tried to email the salon with photos of the colour and I haven’t received a response. I’m very unhappy with my experience and safe to say I will not be going back.

Salon had a positive, busy, buzz but was still calm and efficient as always. Tina was friendly and chatty. Hair tidied up as requested. I felt well looked after and unrushed without any time being wasted. I have curly hair which can be difficult to manage. I always get a good cut at K&S. I'm off out next week and it will look very smart.

I was more than happy with my hair cut and colour. It was my first visit to K & S, and it certainly won't be my last. I have just washed my hair and it still falls pefectly into place - brilliant! Lovely stylist, friendly staff, and a lovely cup of tea!

Carly listened to what I wanted and suggested an alternative that suited my hair much better than what I thought would and she was correct, really happy with the result and will definitely book Carly for my next haircut.

It was my first time at the salon and I had really lovely haircut with Carly. She is very professional and a lovely lady and made me feel very relaxed. And the young girl who washed my hair not sure of her name but she was also very good and made me feel really relaxed. I have rebooked for 6 weeks time.
