I came in today for a cut and colour…Andrew was great and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff at H&B! I just found the extra costs a little hard to swallow…it was £58 for a toner and I just wasn’t expecting it…on top of £40 for Bond Pro…I think if you’re going to H&B you need to allow on average an extra £60-£100 on to what you think the cost will be…I’m so sad as I don’t think I can afford to come to H&B anymore…wouldn’t usually write reviews but I’m still finding it hard to swallow as I think you could get just as good service elsewhere cheaper…but as I said, love the staff and environment! Just too expensive xx
