My experience was lovely from start to finish. I was nervous as it was my first time at a new salon, however Emma made me feel comfortable from the second I walked in. Emma was very thorough with my consultation asked lots of questions about my hair history, lifestyle, likes and dislikes. Emma was very transparent with what she could achieve in my first session. Emma talked me through the condition of my hair and what products and techniques would help with my hair health and maintenance. I went in thinking I wouldn’t be able to achieve anywhere near what I wanted as my hair was in quite a state, yet my hair looks and feels amazing and I am extremely pleased with the end the result. I will be returning for my next highlighting session in 12 weeks and would highly recommend the salon!!!
