As always all the girls were absolutely lovely. I always recommend this salon to everyone I know, my manager, my sister, my niece, my boyfriend ? everyone !! Because they are the best. Sophie as always was absolutely perfect, and she went over in detail the colour formula which she would create for me. She gave me the option about what I, the customer, would want, which I think is incredibly important for customer. She explained to me exactly how she would dye my hair, and asked re each step to make sure I was completely happy with every single one which I was. I was checked on often to make sure I had enough tea or if I needed any magazines. All the girls are so friendly that I feel I can talk to them freely about anything which is so important about a hairdressers. I am honestly so happy with the constant five star stellar performance from this salon. At the end of the treatment, when my hair was rinsed and blow dried perfectly, I was so happy I could’ve cried! My hair was the best it has EVER looked. Thank you Sophie so much, you are magic!!! It was the perfect strawberry blonde I was after!! Thank you so much!!!
