I had a most pleasant experience having my hair cut a week ago by Ricardo at Coconut hair salon in Cobham. I have compliments every day for the quality of my thick grey hair. The technique used to cut was such that I have never seen before in my sixty years, cutting a bit, then blow-drying it and then cutting more and blow-drying a bit again. I arrived at 0900 and left shortly before 1100, no colour or treatments or anything but a cut. I looked great and was absolutely thrilled. However after first wash discovered how incredibly badly the hair has been cut with little horns sticking out all over the place, the ends looking split (ive never had split hair) and uneven pieces all over the place. I called in to show them. receptionist agreed when I showed her and said I could expect a call from Ricardo same day. At end of day I returned to salon to find Ricardo outside on his phone. I gestured to him that I wanted to speak to him. He pretended not to have seen me and went back inside. I have left another message and have sent an email and he clearly has no intention of rectifying the huge mess he has made of my hair, nor refunding me. 89 pounds later I am incensed. I retract my review that I sent the day I had it cut. What a disgraceful way to treat a client.
