Took 12mths to get my hair long and 45mins for it to be 'trimmed' into a short style. So upset even though i've had a lot of great comments, what I asked for is the absolute opposite to what I've got. Sad day Everyone at the salon is brilliant so it's such a disappointment that despite a great consult, I've now got very short hair and whilst I agree it looks nice, it's absolutely not what I wanted or what we discussed.
