I had a cut and blow dry yesterday and when I showed the stylist the picture I liked of a style I was told that it would look a bit odd! Fine but then absolutely no advice on what I maybe could have done instead so I recieved a shorted version of what I already had then when it came to the blow dry I would have liked it big and bouncy instead I was told that she had to do it straight to check the cut again fine check the cut but perhaps curl it or something after!! Instead I left with a flat slightly bent at the ends blow dry with a bit of serum run through. I booked the appointment on the day so it's not as if the stylist was run off of her feet that day!! All of this for £63 which I would have happily paid had I left feeling like my hair felt lovely and had the Salon touch to it, I could have blow dried better myself, no effort whatsoever! I left feeling deflated!
