I have been going to academy for at least 5 years and I have to say that today I was totally taken advantage of.
I have a 1 year old and 3 year old and they needed a tidy up.
Most of the staff were free as they were chatting on reception and they gave me Sophie to do their hair.
She was in an awful mood and didn't interact with the children. My three year old was chatting away to her and she wasn't at all interested and just kept telling him to keep still.
They both did amazingly and sat there but she was painful and didn't have any common sense when it comes to children.
When I asked to pay (I was in the hairdressers less than 30 mins), I was charged £30! I asked why and was told that Sophie charges £15 a child! Crazy! I will not be returning! Normally I don't spend anywhere near that amount. I wouldn't mind, but my 3 year old has wonky sideburns!
It's a shame because now they have lost 4 customers. Myself, my husband and my two boys. Greed isn't good for business!
