What can I say! other than just so relaxing and peaceful. The room lights are dimmed and relaxing music plays then it's just up to you too relax. I had the full body wrap which I must say was great, my skin feels wonderful and I feel less bloated. Would certainly recommend this to someone else. Thank you Jill for being so nice as well. Can't wait fort next one.
