Had my hair coloured and highlighted twice here. The first time it was coloured but it was quite stripy and my hair became frizzy and looked damaged. I went back a few weeks later for a colour correction. They put in finer highlights and a gloss. My hair now looks fried. I have paid over £400 for my hair to look unhealthy and frazzled. I have no idea how to improve the condition of my hair, I have tried everything, it looks awful, damaged and broken. I also left the salon with a large dye stain on my cheek where not enough care was given in the second part on the glossing process. I received a very mediocre blow dry from a member staff. I am so disappointed and wouldn’t recommend anyone to have a colour here. Money down the drain.
