Extremely DISSAPOINTED. 17th Dec2022 my appointment was booked with the style ******** ******* for signature cut & finish.
1. Appointment was few minutes late.
2. Stylist was speaking with somebody while I was explaining what needs to be done.
3. I’ve presented 10 big format pictures asking to make shape similar to my picks.
What was done – all volume have been cut, short cut has been performed.
4. Assuming that the “highly skilled Style ********” ******* can do a signature cut, but not just short cut.
5. Additionally paid for volume mask – without my reminder – it would be forgotten to apply.
6. Returned back home to wash everything out and tried to restyle my short cut hair.
7. I have a feeling that the salon has poor management. Not so sure what its audit’s rating. Also, it was very cold inside.
8. Will I come back – no. Do I recommend it to a person who cares about own style of hair not just short cut – no.
9. Feel sorry for Toni&Guy’ franchising .
10. Overall rating is 0. Extremely disappointed especially few days before Xmas.
