I booked an appointment. Took a morning off work. Drove to Ipswich and paid for parking and 15 minutes before the appointment was due was phoned by the saloon and told they could not do my hair for 50 minutes after the appointment was due to start. No real explanation was given. I was due back at my desk at 1pm and could not wait that length of time. If I had have done that to them they would have charged me. Unreliable.
