It was my first time I've had a haircut at Toni&Guy and I thought the whole customer experience was great. Very friendly and easy to talk to staff, and it's the best hair cut I've ever had. I didn't realise the difference between a hairdresser and a barber before, but now I understand that hair dressers are properly trained to use comb and scissors, as barbers use clippers.
There is clearly allot more skill with a qualified hair dresser.
After today I am a customer for life...
