My appointment was at 12 - I usually have nothing to complain about as always happy but I just thought that other customers were more important and I was left with wet hair sitting for a while and half blown dry hair sitting waiting. I also didn’t have Stuart blow drying with hair. And I was swapped in between people constantly.
