Everyone was polite & friendly, made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. Pam was attentive & very friendly, she listened to what I wanted my hair to look like, showed my pictures, went through them with me, she advised about colour for a future appointment should I want that. She took her time as she cut my hair, blow dried & straightened it. Then showed me show to curl it for an alternative style! I've never had that from any stylist in any salon before & because she took time I will definitely return. I have forgotten the name of the girl who shampooed but she did it really well & I got a head massage which was lovely. She too was very nice. Thank you all!
