This was my first visit to a professional salon in years as I’ve box dyed my own hair! Sam was fantastic & talked me through all my options to achieve the look I wanted! I felt comfortable & the whole experience was just bliss! The end result was perfect, just what I wanted & I can’t wait to have Sam do my hair again 🫶🏻

I recently left an unsatisfactory review regarding my haircut. The salon were quick to reach out to me and booked me in for my haircut to be reviewed. The stylist took time to look at the cut, listen to what I had to say and make suggestions on how he would progress. The finished result was fantastic. But in. Addition I was made to feel completely at ease despite having made a complaint, this is Customer service at it's best. I really appreciate your services, thank you!

Big thanks to Jackie for looking aftdr me so well today, nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond for me. I was slightly disconcerted it wasnt more blonde like I’d specifically asked for but all my awful grey was covered.
I’ve been coming to the salon for nearly 3 years now and it’s so welcoming! Everyone is so friendly and it’s such a great service. I went in after my hair was butchered by a box dye. The lovely Lauren fixed me up. I’ve since been getting Samuel to colour my hair. I’ve never been disappointed and always look forward to my appointments. I’ve since moved out of area and still come back to the salon because it’s just that good.
Emma is always very attentive & friendly and she really focusses on her work. Great cut & very pleasant experience.
Sorry that this is somewhat negative, my consultation etc was excellent, felt that attention was being paid to the cut in the initial stages. However I did advise I have difficult hair and when the stylist ran into difficulty, continued to take the style shorter, when they said they were removing weight. However it just didn't work with my hair. I left with an unbalanced and upsetting cut. But I had spent an hour in the chair... however I was charged less than I had expected.

Fantastic service, impromptu visit. I had a stylist in seconds, jacket and bag politely taken. Asked exactly what I wanted, I knew she would do it better than description though. Full confidence. Hair washed with massage, coffee served. Brilliant relaxed chat. Walked out feeling great. Cheers

Excellent cut by very experienced hairdresser, I’ve been having my hair done at this salon for over twelve years, ( almost every month). Very friendly staff and a family business which I’m sure will continue to be the best in the Stirling area for many years to come.

I can’t recommend this salon highly enough. Although I live in Wales, this is the only salon I use, and I’ve been coming here for the past three years. As soon as I know I’ll be in Stirling, I make sure I have an appointment booked.
Caroline has looked after my hair from the very beginning and truly understands exactly what I want. From the moment I walk through the door, I’m always greeted with a warm hug, then invited to sit down for a proper catch-up before we even start — asking how I’ve been and how my family are. That personal touch means so much and never feels rushed.
The experience itself is wonderful. The head massage is incredibly relaxing, and the True Grey treatment I have leaves my hair unbelievably soft, with a beautiful shine every time.
To describe Caroline and the entire team as friendly and professional is honestly an understatement. The atmosphere is welcoming, calm, and caring — it genuinely feels like a little piece of heaven and my place of peace whenever I visit.
I wouldn’t trust my hair to anyone else and cannot recommend Caroline and the salon enough.
