Been getting my hair cut here since i was a child and always have an amazing time, the staff are always so accommodating and Caroline never fails to give me a haircut that makes me feel great about myself
Left the salon disappointed, dident get the colour I requested, toner left on my scalp too long which left my scalp red and sore, and also made me hair looking like I had no highlites a very dull colour, had to put more in which lifted the look, refused another toner as my scalp was hot and sore by then, paid £234 which I felt was a bit high considering the outcome, then was being charged for a cut which I dident have, girl at till very sullen when I told her , so not a good experience
This is the second time Frances Hunter has ‘done’ my 93 year old mother’s hair. My mother LOVES her hair and loves her experience in the salon. The team at the salon are so lovely and the skill in both the cutting and the perming has been fabulous. Can’t thank you enough.

Samuel as always was attentive and keen to get my hair exactly as I wanted it. I’m delighted with the result. The whole salon visit was very relaxing and staff couldn’t have been friendlier.
Another great cut & style from Caroline, always happy with the result & always feel like I’ve had a real treat & lovely experience & also a great wee therapy session, if you start charging for those I won’t be able to afford it!!

Excellent experience as ever
I’ve been taking my son to have his hair cut by Rachel for some time now, he has a curly hair and she does an amazing job every time we go there. I also only have my hair done by Rachel! She is so professional and friendly.
I was looked after brilliantly and my hair looks great too.
Everyone was so nice and Rachel was lovely! She did an amazing job with my hair and was so helpful letting me know what products I should be using in my hair to make sure it's healthy

The whole experience was very efficient and everyone knew their role. Greeted with a smile. Offered a coffee etc. timings for treatments were advised. Emma explained what she would be doing. The girls were constantly tidying and cleaning the room. Always a lovely experience.

Rachel was lovely and attentive. Hair treatment and cut lovely, although I was a little bit confused why my standby cut and blow dry was £62 when advertised as £30 in their window. Still, I made further appointments for further cuts.

Rachel always makes a fantastic job of my hair. I started getting balayage a few years ago and have been going lighter and lighter. Recently with the help of Rachel I took the plunge to do full head of highlights and lowlights. Rachel talked me through everything and once again made a beautiful job. New hair colours today high and low lights
Everyone was lovely, the place is clean and all the staff are very kind. However, the end result of my hair cut and colour was just not what I had asked for and expected. Rather than being a return my my nice natural brown, my hair looks black and even blue im certain lights with the ends being darker than my roots.
