During your appointment, our stylist took the time to discuss the options available based on your hair’s current condition, colour history, and the results you were hoping to achieve. Balayage was recommended as it is the best technique to achieve a softer regrowth which was mentioned during the consultation. The stylist had also mentioned that when having your hair done elsewhere you don't get a regrowth from a technique they used which is why the stylist suggested a balayage rather than highlights - as highlights usually cause you to have a harsher regrowth. Balayage is also the safest and most suitable approach to help you achieve your goal while maintaining the integrity of your hair, rather than simply applying highlights. In this first initial consultation, the stylist explained to you that she wouldn't be able to tell you the specific colours we would be using as she would have to take a test strand of your hair and see how your hair reacts to our colour. Once we know how your hair has reacted we can then further discuss colours.

While we appreciate that this wasn’t the recommendation you were hoping for, our stylists will always provide honest, professional advice based on their training and experience, rather than promising results that may not be achievable or could compromise the health of the hair. We stand fully behind our team’s expertise, knowledge, and commitment to acting in our clients’ best interests.

We respect your opinion, but we do not agree with the comments made regarding our team’s knowledge or professionalism. As we do not feel our salon is the right fit for your expectations, we won’t be taking this matter any further and wish you all the best in finding a salon that better suits your needs.
