Tom is a genius. I'm so glad I found him. He has an eye for 'what will work' - I trust his opinions completely and never veer from that, and have never once been unhappy at the end product. Always get a warm welcome from Tom and Steven and Jess and Taylor are also fantastic when cutting, blow drying my hair.. They stock the entire label.m range and make helpful suggestions, rather than a 'hard sell' which I have experienced elsewhere.
