I was very nervous when coming into the salon as I’d never had my hair done before however all the staff made sure I felt comfortable and put me at ease. Tom did a brilliant job of my hair and I wasn’t bored for or unhappy for a second as he talked to me and made me feel less awkward and alienated.
Even once I was getting my hair blow dried, I felt comfortable happy and satisfied with my hair.
As someone who went to the salon lacking confidence and trying to feel good about my hair, I left happy and confident and that was all thanks to the wonderful staff. I will most definitely be coming back to get my hair done!!
