I’ve been coming to T&G NUL for a few years now, cut & colour every 6 weeks and a relaxant every 12 weeks. I’ve just had a cut & colour which as always I love. Just because I’ve been coming here for a while now nothing is ever taken for granted, we always have a consultation over my colour, which we tone down during autumn/winter and a chat about the cut and if we are doing anything different. Nothing is ever too much trouble and there is always a lovely atmosphere and buzz in the salon, even though they’re always busy, all the team take the time to chat and ask how you’re doing, there is clearly a really good rapport between all the team. To find a salon that I can trust after so many awful experiences at other hairdressers is so important to me, I can’t recommend Toni & Guy NUL highly enough

I am very happy with Gabrial service. He knows exactly where to cut and how much to cut from your hair to make you happy. I'm never going there stressed that I will not have the result I want. And I think this is the hardest thing: to trust someone with your hair.

I love having my consultation chat and the recliner massage chairs at the back wash are proper lush. My hair always looks and smells amazing when I leave the salon. Everyone is super fabulous and friendly too.

Tom, what a fabulous colourist, I didnt trust anyone with my hair before him, I use to mess about with my hair myself, until 2016 when I met this wonderful man. I haven't coloured my hair since. I wond never let anyone colour my hair again. Wonderful, charismatic, funny, sassy and most importantly caring about me and his clients and how the go out looking into the world x

I have been getting my hair cut by Tayler for about a year now. I used to feel nervous getting my hair cut because I have always struggled to find the right stylist. Tayler always makes me feel comfortable and I am always pleased with the result. Its amazing how important it is that clients and stylists personalities match, also. I'm not really that talkative and usually stylists can talk to much and be quite intrusive. Not Tayler. She always knows the right amount of talking and she never pries. As long as Tayler works at the Newcastle branch, I see no reason to stop going.

Tom is a genius. I'm so glad I found him. He has an eye for 'what will work' - I trust his opinions completely and never veer from that, and have never once been unhappy at the end product. Always get a warm welcome from Tom and Steven and Jess and Taylor are also fantastic when cutting, blow drying my hair.. They stock the entire label.m range and make helpful suggestions, rather than a 'hard sell' which I have experienced elsewhere. I have standing appointments with Tom each 4.5 weeks as he is so popular and appointment book is full. Thank you to everyone at T&G xxx 💜

Superb visit again, really laid back and professional salon. Relaxed yet knowledgeable. Walked out with beyond fabulous colouring, Tom’s colour expertise are really second to none.

My recent visit to the salon was really lovely all the staff are very friendly & welcoming I always have a really enjoyable time. I feel like Tayler really listens to how I would like my hair & take so much care and time to achieve this for me so each time it’s perfect.

I was very nervous when coming into the salon as I’d never had my hair done before however all the staff made sure I felt comfortable and put me at ease. Tom did a brilliant job of my hair and I wasn’t bored for or unhappy for a second as he talked to me and made me feel less awkward and alienated.
Even once I was getting my hair blow dried, I felt comfortable happy and satisfied with my hair.
As someone who went to the salon lacking confidence and trying to feel good about my hair, I left happy and confident and that was all thanks to the wonderful staff. I will most definitely be coming back to get my hair done!!

Sadly we cannot remember the names of the two younf ladies that worked on our joint hair but we can certainly say they gave us a fantastic new hairstyle and we will back.

Tom fixed my colour right up and we had a cracking laugh. Lovely team of people. Relaxing and fun.

I had amazing experience and my hair looked amazing and the other staff where very nice and very welcoming the little puppy helped when I was feeling alittle anxious letting me play and pet great little helper can't wait till my next appointment and thanks again Steve for doing my hair

I always feel pampered when I have my hair styled the staff are beautiful people who always welcome you and are really happy and friendly I wouldn’t go anywhere else ?

I got my dates wrong but with no fuse they fitted me in and give me a coffee while I waited no problem at all

Jess was great as usual, made the experience of having my hair cut relaxing and enjoyable as usual.
