My hair has never felt, or looked so good since Leah started to colour and cut it. Leah is extremely knowledgeable, and I know I'm in extremely good hands. I wouldn't go anywhere else, would highly recommend.

Hannah made me feel very welcome and she was very friendly . She also cut my hair very well.

Really lovely atmosphere always making sure I’m okay abd happy with every part and plus there was always a cup of tea on hand 😃

I was looking forward to this appointment with Hannah as she seemed on the salons website to have learnt a lot of in her skills as a hair dresser etc. When I came to the salon there was a comfortable relaxed atmosphere and Hannah and her co-workers were friendly. Even though my daughter Paula is a hairdresser it was a nice change to come to a salon and have my hair cut etc and the complimentary head massage was the cherry on the cake, unexpected but I felt the benefit. I appreciated being given the £20.00 voucher which I chose to have knocked off the price off my hair cut etc. I appreciated being offered a drink, the mug of coffee and a biscuit was a kind gesture. Finally Hannah had done what she had learnt in her training as a hairdresser so it backed up what I based my booking her to do my hair. May Hannah carry on as a friendly young woman who was hospitable and excellent at her trade so far x

As soon as I walked in, I was warmly welcomed, invited to a chair and asked if I wanted a drink.
A great head massage while my hair was being washed, followed by a lovely cut, blow dry and style.

I’ve been here 3/4 times now, Hannah and Liv are always lovely and do such a good job!! Hannah for being new in the hair world does a much better job than hairdressers with 10yrs + experience I’ve doing when I have highlights and cut.

On entering the salon I was assisted quickly by a very pleasant young lady. As I was early she offered me a drink.
Hannah is a very compatent stylist. She listened and understood what I wanted and explained what was achievable. She's very pleasant with just enough chat whats needed .I was very pleased with my cut n blow dry .

Felt very relaxed and welcoming, lovely salon , pretty big yet cosy , it was a very welcome prize , It was so good I've rebooked in with Hannah, who did some lovely curls for me . Car parks round the corner,great spot it's in.

The whole experience was really lovely. The staff are all really nice, friendly, and polite and the atmosphere in the salon is very welcoming. Hannah did a great job of my colour and cut and Olivia made me feel very relaxed with a treatment and head massage.

Its the third time I've had my hair done with Leah and the rest of the team in Leek. It opened my eyes up to a whole new level of hairdressing. Im literally on a client journey and I love that, each time im there we discuss my previous appointment and the goals that im wanting for my hair, suggestions/advice is given and then we come up with a plan for my hair that day. I always love my massage, I would never say no to that! Makes for such a special experience. All the team are so welcoming and friendly and always something good to talk about. I had a toner, cut, blow dry and curls with Hannah and I couldn’t be happier with the result. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a lovely cup of tea and a biscuit, and enjoyed a friendly chat with the whole team. Hannah was incredibly attentive throughout, making sure I was comfortable and that my hair turned out exactly how I wanted. The finish was beautiful, and I left feeling really pleased and confident. A wonderful experience all round – highly recommend!

I have really temperamental hair - it lifts warmth at the drop of a hat and can be difficult to cut so I was nervous to go to a new hairdressers. I shouldn’t have been - Hannah is exceptionally skilled and I absolutely love my hair - she took time to listen and understand my hair. As usual, Hannah dealt with my stupidly curly mop perfectly. Love the way she does my hair. Not many people will take on hair like mine. Always recommend this place. Friendly, and knowledgeable their stuff. Decent coffee too.
