The Hairband

Not happy at all with my visit this time.
Not enough time allowed for colour and style.
Stylist very rushed at the end only had 10/15mins to style my hair , not a good result.
Pricing is always hit and miss and not in line with the price list.
On balance I feel is pretty overpriced compared to the market and I don’t feel the service reflects the price so sorry to say do not feel I receive value for money.

I’m not ready to fully embrace my natural colour - Grey! I wanted the colour to complement the grey but not be too warm, more neutral. Plus, at the weekend it’s my sister’s wedding. I had a full head of highlights which Simone, painstakingly, thoroughly, intricately applied. I have so much hair and she did an excellent job even though she had ripped her nail off and had a homemade bandage on and really needed to have it checked out at A&E. I was so impressed with the result but she wouldn’t take the credit for it because she had taken advice from another colleague. I want her to believe in her talent, she is a fantastic hairstylist and colourist. She gets the gold buzzer from me 100%

I always enjoy my hair appointments as the salon is a nice place to be. Sarah always asks me what I want and always delivers the style I have asked for. I feel that my hair is pampered and I always leave happy with the result. If I ask Sarah any questions about styles or products she takes the time to discuss these with me and I do not feel rushed or that she is too busy to talk.

Very happy with my new hair cut and the products hannah used on my hair made it look great. 😊 👍

Lovely shampoo and massage by Zoe and hydrating treatment ,then cut and blow dry which brought my curls back to life.Really pleased with the result!

My three year old granddaughter was delighted to have a ‘big girl’ hair cut with such a kind stylist.

Welcomed by the friendly salon staff and given a drink of choice. Jill gave me a very relaxing hair shampoo and then another drink and a very pleasant chat and extremely good haircut. I would recommend Hairband to anyone for a very professional and yet personal service

I’m an out of towner and it was tricky to find a salon open in a Monday but Hair Band came to the rescue! I only needed a tidy up and a blow dry but Amelia got exactly what I was after and I’m delighted with it. Would recommend to all you Sheffield people out there:)

Megan has been cutting my hair for many years. People always comment on how nice my hair looks and Megan is a joy to deal with. Prices are a little high but you get what you pay for.

Arrived feeling stressed and left feeling revived ! Started with a cappuccino then jacuzzi footbath followed by relaxing pedicure

Natalie is always amazing, I’ve gone to her for a while now for my brows and nails and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Not only does she do a fab job, she’s also a genuinely lovely person and I enjoy all of my appointments. Recently also started getting my hair done at the Hairband and really happy with the results, can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful colour and cut as always. Customer Service in the salon is exceptional.
