Came in for a full head of highlights and the trim and I came out with my long beautiful hair chopped off short because the young girl that was supposed to trim it cut my hair in steps and stairs so they had to even cut more off it to correct what she had done wrong I'm still that didn't give me a refund stay clear of the place
