I had an appointment booked for 4pm. After waiting 1 and a half hours and moving my car once for parking I eventually left due to my second lot of parking expiring. I had still not had my hair done- none of the hairdressers acknowledged how long I had waited or offered me a drink. Appalling service and I would NOT recommend
